Compatibility Check The TC173 push button can operate third-party gate openers whose control board accepts a "Normally Open Dry Contact" signal. For other brands' gate openers, it can be connected with the TOPENS ERM12 receiver (sold separately).

Pairing TC173 Push Button One TOPENS gate opener can pair with up to 8 TC173 push buttons on its own, and up to 250 when used with the ERM12 External Receiver (sold separately).

Battery Replacement Indications The LED on the push button indicates RF transmission. If the control range decreases or the LED turns off when pressing the button, the batteries need replacement.

Signal Transmission and Control Range To ensure clear signal transmission and extend the control range, avoid putting the control board in a metal box and using the TC173 in certain locations. Using the ERM12 Receiver can also extend the control range.
