Smart Chip & Manual Release Key The gate opener features an “auto-close” function to secure the property after you leave. It also reverses upon first obstruction and stops upon the second sequential obstruction during gate operation. The stall force is adjustable to get your desired open/close obstruction sensitivity, and the soft start and soft stop ensure a long-lasting performance. The modules can be adjusted on the smart control panel directly. The gate opener is also equipped with a manual release key in case of a power outage.

Gate Capability The AT12132S gate opener works well for heavy-duty dual swing gates up to a maximum of 18ft in length or 250lbs in weight per gate leaf. It is also suitable for swing gates up to 880lbs in weight or 4ft in length per gate leaf. The maximum opening angle of the gate in the pull-to-open installation mode varies from 68° - 112°, depending on the installation of the bracket.
