Durable & Reliable Dual Swing Gate Opener

The TOPENS PW802 Automatic Gate Opener features two 24VDC 80W motors with higher efficiency, lower power consumption, and greater safety. It is designed as the superior value kit for heavy-duty dual swing gates up to a maximum of 880lbs. in weight or a maximum of 18ft. in length per gate leaf. This ultra-quiet electric gate motor will bring your family an easier and more comfortable life.

AC Electricity Powered, Solar Capable

The PW802 gate opener can be powered by 100-240VAC electricity directly with the DPS180-U AC-DC Power Supply (included) that is plugged into a wall power outlet. It is also designed to use an extra 24V 12Ah Automotive/Marine type battery (NOT mandatory) and a 20W solar panel (NOT included) to power this system. You can try the UPS01 adapter (NOT included) to charge the battery as well as securely regulate solar charging current.

Multiple Applications, Easy DIY Installation

Suitable for all types of dual swing gates, and ideal for driveway gates made of steel, wood, vinyl, and shaped as panel, tube, and chain-link. PW802 Features & Installation Modes

Smart Chip & Manual Release Key

-The “auto-close” function ultimately secures the property after you leave. -Reverses upon first obstruction and stops upon the second sequential obstruction during gate operation. -Adjust the stall force to get your desired open/close obstruction sensitivity. -Higher stall force level, lower obstruction sensitivity. -Soft start and soft stop ensure a long-lasting performance. -The above modules can be adjusted on the smart control panel directly. -Equipped with manual release key in case of power outage or when you lose your remote.

Gate Capability

-PW802 gate opener works well for the heavy-duty dual swing gate up to a maximum of 18ft. in length (correspondingly 250lbs. in weight) per gate leaf. -Suitable for the swing gate up to 880lbs. in weight (correspondingly 4ft. in length) per gate leaf. -Kindly note that the max. gate length capability is inversely proportional to the gate weight.

Max. Opening Angle of the Gate in Pull-to-Open Installation Mode

-The gate is allowed to open inwards viewed from inside the property with the pull-to-open mode. The related bracket is included. -In this mode, the maximum opening angle of the gate varies from 68° - 120° depending on the installation of the bracket.

Max. Opening Angle of the Gate in Push-to-Open Installation Mode

-The gate is allowed to open outwards viewed from inside the property with the push-to-open mode. The related bracket is included. -In this mode, the maximum opening angle of the gate varies from 91° - 112° depending on the installation of the bracket.

How to Power This Gate Opener? (NOTE: The tiny CR2025 3V button cell batteries that come with the package are ONLY for the remote control.)

Power Mode 1 (Default Mode) – Use AC Electricity Only

-Use the AC electricity to power the system. -Recommended where AC electricity is accessible and stable. -The DPS180-U Power Supply is plugged into a 100-240VAC 50Hz/60Hz outlet and delivers 24VDC to power the system directly. -Release the clutch and open the gate manually in case of a power outage. -Note: DPS180-U can NOT connect with a battery or solar panel.

Power Mode 2 – By AC Electricity and Back-up Batteries

-Batteries as a back-up power source, use the AC electricity to charge the batteries (UPS01 Uninterrupted Power Supply is NOT included). -Recommended where AC electricity is accessible but not stable. -Requires an additional 24V 12Ah Automotive/Marine type battery (NOT included). -2 pcs 12V batteries connected in series for 24V (Battery is NOT included).

Power Mode 3 – By Solar Panels and Batteries

-Batteries as the main power source, use only the solar panel and solar charge controller to charge the batteries. -Recommended in remote locations such as a farm, ranch, pasture, etc. -Requires an additional 24V 12Ah Automotive/Marine type battery. -TOPENS TSP30W 30-Watt 24V Solar Panel Charging Kit is available online.

Power Mode 4 – By AC Electricity, Solar Panels, and Back-up Batteries
